There are only so many times you can use the word “irritated”… Or “annoyed”. Or “frustrated”. Or “ticked off” (yeah, I know it’s a phrase, not a word).
You get it: you can use “irritated” or a synonym of it in your writing. However, in order to avoid repetition while at the same time adhering to the show don’t tell rule, why don’t you include one – or more – of these ten gestures? Continue reading
